    "In Coldwater Springs there is an HOA. They do what most HOA's do, no weeds, no parking on the street overnight, no trash in the front yard...but they do so much more. Our commom areas are always neat and clean, we have fido stations when walking your pets, we have security officers on patrol nightly, and best of all we get an egg hunt at Easter, Santa and snow at Christmas, a lighting contest and a family night at the end of summer. Our neighbors are friendly, and nice. The school is performing well. Westgate is close for family or adult nights. There are many programs put on by the City of Avondale that are a great deal for residents too!"
