River views with upper deck Newer construction. 2 story on back of garage facing river with deck. Shared garden space on Homestead training center. Shared screen room , greenhouse space, campfire pit & river access. Community pot lucks offered in screen room. We are happy to share homestead training skills. Christian retreat center with a few cabins, Bible study group and add on classes.

    "Great area. Wyatt Oaks is a safe and quiet area. Friendly people and nice houses. Big yards. Been here 18 years and never had a problem. The schools are great and there are many great places to eat, not far from all kinds of shopping and I-85. Atlanta is about 2.5 hours away and Greenville is about 15 minutes! Lots of great things to do!"
