About this House

This majestic West-facing 4-bedroom, 3 full bath home perched on a hill provides a breathtaking million-dollar view of mountains and sunsets. On the sprawling 7.41 acre estate are the main home with inground pool, a 4,000+ sq. ft. warehouse facility with 12-foot ceilings, a detached garage building, space to park RVs and trucks, and fenced areas with rolling hills. Grow your business from the comfort of your own home. The residence features a finished basement, bedroom and adjoining full bath on the main level, and 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. The pool liner was installed in May 2025, just in time for you to enjoy an East Tennessee summer. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to several parks and recreational areas. Only 2 minutes away is Panther Creek State Park, a 1,444-acre park offering hiking trails, camping sites, and access to Cherokee Reservoir. Fulton-Hill Park, which is Morristown's newest city park, is only 15 minutes away. Enjoy nearby lakes for fishing, boating, and relaxation. Restaurants and stores are just 5 minutes away. College Square Mall - Morristown's premier shopping destination with over 50 stores and restaurants - is only 19 minutes away. Access to quality healthcare is 15 minutes away via the Morristown-Hamblen Healthcare System, which features a full-service hospital.

When approaching the property, you and your guests will drive under a canopy of trees. The road was built strong enough for trucks, and there is plenty of space to park any vehicle you want. The warehouse features two oversized garage doors and attached large rooms that served as a classroom and office. A detached 3-car garage provides even more storage space and ability to protect your prized vehicles. The residence features a Kinetico reverse osmosis water purification system, an inground pool surrounded by a huge deck, a full basement with a rec room and storage, and a screened-in-porch. Sit on a rocking chair under the covered front porch and enjoy the view of the sun setting behind the mountains day after day. Allow the gas fireplace to warm you on those cool nights. This well-maintained home could use a cosmetic upgrade or two to give it your own personal style. Whether this becomes your principal residence or a restful retreat, you will enjoy all that East Tennessee has to offer. Car collectors, business owners, multi-generational families, retirees, and outdoor enthusiasts will all find joy right here.

"The neighborhood is quiet, convenient, and up and coming. The city has a potential future full of growth and economic development. "
  • Eggertju
"I've met most of my neighbors and are friendly. Next door neighbor mowes area hard for me to mow. Wish neighbor dogs would potty in their own yard, but I'm glad they are nice. Nice area to live. "
  • Shepherdproductions
"Morristown, and in particular Windsor Place, is a terrific place to live. The homes are terrific, the neighbors are friendly-but still respect your privacy, and the entire subdivision is well-maintained, lighted and secure. The area's economy is coming back after a couple of very tough years, and we're seeing new construction. There are terrific recreational opportunities only minutes away, and it's less than an hour to the hottest shopping and tourism areas on the edge of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Boating, camping, fishing, hiking, biking, birding, you name it, there are opportunities here. If you're a higher-income family, Tennessee has no state income tax and the sales taxes, while high, aren't out of sight compared with Alabama or even Kentucky. You're minutes off the interstate, but seem far away from the pressures of the big city. At the same time, you have a very good public utility with a fiber backbone and solid services for work or business. It's small-town life with a proximity to bigger-city amenities. "
  • Memineme1
"Close to all shopping, golf course, hospitals and 24 hour Phx"
  • Kdarrellwilliams
"I have lived here for 21 years and love it. It is home sweet home. So much to do with the community and churches"
  • Rb27nh3
"Great location for family. Close to Morristown and shops and Jefferson City as well. Hamblin county schools."
