The tenant is responsible pays all utilities, electric, gas, sewer & water. Tenant will provide and maintain renters insurance, general care and genera; maintenance, i.e., smoke detectors batteries, light bulbs, co2 monitor batteries, filter changes, and maintaining the property as there will be 2 property inspections per year to make sure the tenant is in lease compliance. Tenant is responsible for lawn, snow, trash and all utilities.

We are looking for a long term tenant to take great care of our beautiful home.

 We will never ask you for a deposit or rent before you have viewed the property.

    "the biggest issue I see is that there are lots, I mean LOTS of stay dogs around this area. there are also another of busy or main roads so that could be a issue if you don't have a fence or a kennel. other dog owners in this area are also not good about picking up after their dogs. on the bright side there are some walking trails and parks in the area. "
