About this House

Newly renovated historic home within walking distance of downtown! This home has 4x bedrooms, a newly remodeled kitchen (stainless steel refrigerator now installed), and a pleasant front-porch/back-patio. This home has great access to the city and also plenty of street parking. We have loved living here and hope that you do too!

Owner pays trash. Renter pays for gas, electric, and water. We do not allow indoor smoking but will allow you to have small pets. There is plenty of street parking and if you want a private spot there is an opportunity to pay for a spot behind the home. This home is very little maintenance but we also expect it to be treated with care. We are looking for a 1 year lease minimum. Also, there is a stainless steel refrigerator in the kitchen that is not in the pictures.
