There is enough space outside in the backyard to enjoy the sunsets. The yard maintenance is included in the price in the monthly, as well as all the utilities including the washer and dryer and internet. There is an apartment below, with a separate entrance and parking spaces behind the home. We are available to show the house today and it is available now. The lease terms are for one year, we don't allow pets or smoking on the property.
