Just finished complete remodeling. 3 car Garage and 3 more spaces to park. 2 new air conditioning units. Gated backyard. Up to two pets are welcome. About 2 miles from 91 and 15 Freeways. Move in ready now. Min of 15-month leases. Prefer 24-36 month lease agreements. I will be showing the house on 4/3/2025 at 3:00 PM.

No HOA. 2-year lease only. Landlord pays for the gardener. We require one of the residents to have acceptable credit. 720 FICO score or above. The rent for the second year of the lease agreement will be about 5% higher.
