Our unique property is perfect for people looking for a comfortable stay in a charming bungalow. With an ocean view in the front and a pool and spa in the back with a canyon view, this property is unique. Available furnished or unfurnished.

A Monthly flat fee includes utilities, trash and internet. Deposit due on signing. Dogs allowed. 6 month or 12 month lease.

    "The neighborhood is a mix of retired people and new families. It’s not as communal as other cities I’ve lived in with many people driving in and out of the community and then staying inside or in their backyard. The gates parks prohibit kids meeting there unless they belong to an association. It’s odd to see a gated park that children cannot play on , meet new kids that live across the street, etc. I’m used to larger cities where there are more public places to gather, meet your neighbors, and create a stronger community."

Package theft does happen and people don’t clean up after their pets well. The rent is also really high around here. "
