I went here back in 2021-2023 school years. Horrible teachers, horrible experience in general. I pray for those who attend this school as the teachers were never accommodating nor were they helping. I once got a detention because I had a question on a homework I had. Now that I am graduated from the u-46 district, I can confidentially say that this school was never even remotely a good school to begin with.

Spring Trail Elementary has many caring and talented teachers. My child learned a lot and felt supported by classroom staff. Unfortunately, the administration is a different story. The principal is difficult to work with. She does not treat families equally and often enforces the rules in a selective way. White students face harsher discipline for minor issues, while more serious problems involving minority students are ignored or handled gently.She is not transparent and can be dishonest in meetings. She often uses exclusion as punishment, even for young children in kindergarten. She takes away recess, which goes against the Right to Play Act. This happens often.I wish I could recommend the school without reservations, but families should be careful. The teachers are wonderful, but the administration does not support students or parents fairly. If you have concerns, document every conversation and keep records. Your child’s experience will depend a lot on how much you have to deal with the principal.

I moved to Bartlett because the school rating was good during the time. The school itself is an average high school with good diversity and a decent atmosphere. To keep it short, I'll just write a short list of pros, cons, and extra details from my perspective.PROS: - nice, accepting environment to make friends- a handful of sweet teachers- diversity within the student body- teachers will typically help students out and put in effort CONS:- bathrooms and locker rooms are horribly managed, especially for the boys- a handful of short-tempered teachers- can become a negative environment depending on friend groups- teachers typically are more lenient with the athletes of the school - word spreads fast- not the best college prep- school fights happened 1-5 times a monthOTHER: It truly is a regular high school and you can't expect the perfect high school experience. Bartlett was considered a better high school than the one I was intended to be at, so I can't complain too much. If you know someone who is attending this school, it definitely is not something to worry about. Have fun here and attend all the school events you can! I wish I did more school activites, so try your hardest to get involved in even the smallest clubs.
