Come enjoy our mountain house! Our main level unit includes: 2 bed, 2 bath, workspace, sunroom (workout space, enclosed porch, 2nd living room), kitchen, & laundry room (1850 sq ft open plan). Mountain views throughout the home. We hope you love it too!

We're minutes away from TONS of hiking, snowshoeing, and mountain biking for all skill levels. Great access to the freeway (off of 12300 and 11400 South). Walmart grocer, Target, Trader Joes, Costco, Smiths (Kroger) - within 10 minutes. Our road is 1st priority for snow plow. 20 minutes from world class ski resorts Alta and Snowbird (40 min from Brighton and Solitude).

There are 2 units in this home. This is the main level / upstairs unit. The units are completely separate - there are no shared spaces, separate entrances, parking, keys, etc. This unit enjoys garage parking and is rented unfurnished.
