Spacious and lovely colonial will win you over the moment you walk in the door.  Enter the living room with an elegant wood-burning fireplace.  The stairway is to the back of the living room, so you have an open feel immediately upon entering.  The dining room is separate, yet has a half wall which opens to the living room.  The kitchen is bright, with plenty of cabinetry, plus a walk in pantry.  Plenty of space for the family to sit around the kitchen table, and it's all open to the huge family room.  The family room has a wall of windows to the back, and a wood burning fireplace in one corner.  One wall of the family room has built-in cabinetry.  There is a powder room on the main level, as well as two coat closets. There are three bedrooms and one full bath on the upper level.  The bathroom has been updated with custom ceramic tile on the floor, ceramic tile on the walls of the tub/shower, a pedestal sink, and a vanity area.  An attic scuttle gives access for storage space. The fourth bedroom and second full bathroom are in the lower level.  Both of these rooms have been freshly painted, and the bedroom has brand new carpeting.  Unique playroom/exercise room in the basement is surrounded by windows, but the trees give it privacy and a feeling of being outside. Large utility/laundry/workshop area. The windows have all been replaced in this lovingly cared for home.

Whenever there is road work during rush hours there’s always a delay sometimes more than other especially on route 32 with sometimes major road work. Of late it has gotten much better because most of the work seems to be done. I must give the workers a big thank you for the exceptional work they have done even though the weather was so hot most of the time. Thank you from all the commuters of route 32. It is such a pleasure driving there now that it’s not that narrow and winding as before. Thank you workers for all your hard work. May God bless you and your family. "
