Dutch Bros 4 minutes away. H-E-B Plus, Walmart, and Anytime Fitness all within 5 7 minutes. Santikos Entertainment nearby for weekends. Veterans Memorial Park a short walk away. Costco and IKEA Live Oak about 15 minutes out. Renter criteria: Monthly gross income of at least $2,250 (3x rent). Credit check required thin credit files considered with proof of military income or LES. Standard background check required.

The Schibolo community still has a small town feel, even though it is on the insanely busy IH35 and right next to humongous San Antonio. The school district is very good (our daughter got a full academic scholarship to college after graduating from Steele), there is a fabulous HEB around the corner, and downtown Cibolo is really developing into a great place to eat and drink."
