"The park across the street is pretty and has a covered area where the adorables have had birthday parties and where I’ve seen people taking Zumba classes; there is a basketball court that is frequented by very polite neighborhood teens and young adults; and the tennis courts are very well maintained and are as free as rain and surrounded by two beautiful lakes."
