Small Fenced back yard and Lawn Care is included.

The Cottages at Edgefield are $1,525 for the 3Br. / 2Ba. cottage with a fenced back yard! No pets without prior approval if so, a Non-Refundable Pet Fee of $500 and monthly Pet fees of $50. Damage Deposit is $1,525. No Section 8 or other voucher programs are accepted.

Seeking tenants with good rental history, stable employment, minimum verifiable income of 3.75 times the monthly rental rate and a satisfactory credit Score of 630+. Make rental application on the Zillow website.

No Smoking, No Pets. Gas, electricity, water, garbage, and Wi-Fi are Tenant expenses. Lawncare provided by Owner. On Site Parking for 2 vehicles.

Only three adults (five persons total) are allowed to occupy the home. Rents are due on the 5th and late on the 6th of each month. A late charge of $75.00 for rents collected after the 5th of the month. Beginning on the 11th day of the month, a daily late charge of $5.00 per day shall accrue until such time the full rent and all associated fees are paid in full, in one single payment. No Section 8 or other voucher programs are accepted.

You should be asking what the yards look like and the neighbors stop and glare at you as a women. I have my HS daughter jump in the car before anyone can see her due to unsafe feeling we have had to call the police twice one was just the other day a guy trying to break in. I am a single mother with 2 children. I would rather dogs be running around"
