The home features three bedrooms with a shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Full of original character and charm, it's located in a beautiful, safe, and quiet neighborhood. During the winter, cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace, and in the spring and summer, enjoy the sweet fragrance of blooming orange blossoms drifting through the property.

The room includes its own private entrance, a brand-new bed and bedding, beautiful wood flooring, and plenty of natural light. Bath towels can also be provided if needed.

The home is fully furnished, and the shared spaces are stocked with everything you need to feel at home. The kitchen is fully equipped, and all common areas are furnished and ready to enjoy. Out of respect for everyone in the home, shared spaces are expected to be kept clean after use.

The home is also shared with Lucy, a sweet, affectionate, and well-behaved dog who mostly keeps to herself but always enjoys saying hello.

Utilities include water, gas, trash, Wi-Fi, and parking. Month-to-month or long-term lease available. No smoking.

This home is best suited for someone who is respectful, clean, and values a peaceful, comfortable living environment. Preferring a student or nurse. Please note in your application if you are either.
