Our home is located in the gated community of Oak Run Country Club in Ocala Florida.
This lovely upgraded 2 bedroom/ 2 bath home is offered for a 3 month rental in 2026.
We will allow a small well behaved house trained dog. (there is a fenced yard and a community dog park)
Oak Run is a beautiful community with great amenities including: 6 pools with hot tubs, shuffleboard, tennis and pickleball courts, restaurant/ bar and a beautiful 18 round golf course. There are also 2 large gyms with daily classes available for everyone. This community has a plethora of classes, clubs and organizations.
Our home is nestled in "The Preserve" where huge oak trees line the streets and friendly neighbors enjoy each other.
The house has plantation shutters throughout, 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths with a living room, dining room, sun room for reading, and an office. There is also an all weather porch overlooking the large back fenced yard with an outside area for enjoying a BBQ with friends under the trees.
The eat in kitchen, is equipped with state of- the-art appliances.
Visiting friends and family are always welcome.

The term of this lease will be 3 months.
This is a beautiful 2/2 private home in a 55 and over Country Club community in SW Ocala Florida.. One person living in this house must be 55 years or older.
This is a smoke free house with room for one car in the garage and one car in the driveway.
A deposit is required to secure the house.
Starlink Internet, all utilities and streaming TV are included in your monthly rental fee. The use of all the amenities are also included except for resident golf fees.
Lastly, we have a golf cart that can also be used for an additional fee.

With all the land being destroyed around us there are more and more sightings of bears etc. Always keep your pets on a leash and carry a blow horn, pepper spray and maybe even a taser. You never know is when you might have to try to rescue your fur baby. Better safe than sorry. "

    "I’ve lived here my entire life. I was born in 2000 and am turning 24 in October. Ocala has some things for little children, but it mainly caters to the adult and wealthy populations (ie, downtown & WEC). There is little to nothing to do as a teenager/young adult, or a poor person, for free or low cost. Ocala’s refusal to cater to the young adult and poor population has been a very direct contributor to the rise of drug use and violent crime. "

    "The weather here is amazing! The Neighborhood is a diverse area with many friendly people. Lots of people walk on the long sidewalk that rust along Marion Oaks Trail. There is also endless paved/dirt trails to ride on the Green Way. I ride my E-trike to the trailhead on 49th ave, it’s 10 minutes from my house, there is another trailhead near by as well. There’s a 2 story Publix, 711, hair place, nail place and a Walmart within 5 miles from here. Plus the Beach is 45 minutes away. The Rainbow River is 20 minutes away And they are all super easy to find. "
