This is a nice timbered ranch property. The slopes are generally to the north and are fairly steep in some locations. The soils are sufficient to grow good pasture and the lower ground is utilized for the production of hay. There is a substantial amount of merchantable timber on the property. Timber volume from a recent cruise is available as a courtesy to qualified buyers. Also there’s a lot of sketchy things out here so walking at night is defiantly a no go. Also can’t forget crossing the streets people rarely stop we just had a kid hit the other week! "
