Single family home in great area! Close to Metro (1 mile from Wheaton) for easy access to DC and surrounding areas. Great restaurants, parks, bars, etc nearby. 10-15 minute Uber to Downtown Silver Spring, Bethesda, Rockville Town Center. Great place for NIH, USAMRIID, Bethesda Naval, or FDA!

The basement is set up as a 1 bed/1bath apt but does share laundry with the rest of the home. The upstairs is 2 bed and 1 bath. Patio, deck, and fire pit in the back yard plus enough room to have a garden!

Home does have Tesla Solar panels on the roof to help offset the electric cost. Verizon FIOS ready for TV and Internet.

Whenever there is road work during rush hours there’s always a delay sometimes more than other especially on route 32 with sometimes major road work. Of late it has gotten much better because most of the work seems to be done. I must give the workers a big thank you for the exceptional work they have done even though the weather was so hot most of the time. Thank you from all the commuters of route 32. It is such a pleasure driving there now that it’s not that narrow and winding as before. Thank you workers for all your hard work. May God bless you and your family. "
