You'll enjoy your own bedroom with a private bathroom, giving you space and privacy while sharing the home with just one other person living in the basement. The shared common areas are the living room and kitchen, and the person in the basement will not go upstairs, as the laundry is located on the lower level, which helps maintain your privacy and comfort.
The person living in the basement is a lady in her mid-30s, professional and polite, and we're looking for someone compatible who values a quiet, respectful, and clean living environment.

The townhouse is in a well-kept neighborhood with easy access to shopping, schools, and commuting routes. If you're interested in a comfortable, low-hassle rental with everything taken care of, please message with a bit about yourself and your move-in timeline. Serious inquiries only.

This is a non-smoking, drug-free home and NO PETS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED the other tenant is extremely allergic, so we cannot make any exceptions for dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, or any other animals.
