All appliances including front load washer & dryer, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, & toaster. New heat pump a/c unit installed in 2023.

(4) TV's included w/ Roku devices & all furniture, sofa, chairs, tables, desk, rugs, bookcases, & cabinets, butcherblock countertop, pots & pans, cookware, kettle, dishes, flatware, utensils, cutting boards, knives, measuring cups & spoons, mixing bowls, and more. Bed linens & pillows can be provided.
Great neighbors!! Rental is located on small, quiet cul-de-sac loop and landlord owns the surrounding properties. Not far from Moyock and just (15) minutes from the OBX beaches and Kitty Hawk bridge. Lawn maintenance is currently at no charge for term of lease. Plant beds will need to be maintained & watered. Landlord has exterior security cameras for properties.
$2,000 security deposit due in full to hold property and approved application.
First month's rent $2,000 and any addtl pet deposit and/or monthly fee, due prior to keys issued.
Water & electric are not included and accounts must be verified in tenants name prior to move-in date. Water bill is $60 per month if under 2000 gallons used & tenant is also responsible for own electricity and internet service.
Credit, employment, and income verification WILL BE PERFORMED prior to approval.
Income and monthly bills must equal, at a minimum, (3) times the total of rent in order to be approved.
REMINDER: All applications will be emailed upon request and and will be processed for credit check, income verification, and rental references. Everything will be verified. Full deposit is needed to hold property and an approved application.
For example: rent is $2,000 + $100 electric (just an estimate), + $60 water (under 2000 gallons + any other monthly bills total = $2,160 times 3 = $6,480 is the minimum amount to be verified that you can make per month before taxes to be approved to rent - along with a good rental history and pass a background check.
