"I lived in Riverside from ages 5 until 17 and there are a lot of kids to grow up with. it has its good and it's bad it can be dangerous but it also is a place that has a sense of community. I would recommend it to anybody. it has nice parks. good neighbors and it's always cool. because of the river. The schools aren't bad and it helps kids grow into adults that are street smart and book smart."

"Ive lived in black rock my whole life and ive seen it go from leaving your doors open to run to the store and nothing was touched to having your house on complete lock down. The parking is a joke. Unless you have a driveway good luck finding a spot. Germain has calmed down some but i wouldnt buy a house here."
  • Caryn J.
"Neighborhood as all neighborhoods has some bad and good. Will always choose Blackrock area to live. Been here all my life in Buffalo. And has spent the last 23 years in Blackrock. Wegmans and Tops are very close by. Amherst Street is pulling more little businesses. Not a bad place to live. "
  • Pamela
"I lived in my neighborhood for 10 years. I think the neighborhood is over populated though. But I like my home just wouldn't buy a home in this area."
  • Rebecca F.
"Neighbors are friendly and care about the community by keeping it clean and tidy. Plus if you need help then they’re always willing to give you a hand."
  • sandrawg
