Description

Belvedere Plantation, probably the most centrally located neighborhood in all of Hampstead, close to everything, about 4 minutes to Topsail schools. 10 minutes to the beach, 20 minutes to Wilmington. My block is off the main rd. of Azalea Dr. So, No Thru-traffic, very quiet block, 80% of the houses are all the original owners from when I bought it 18 years ago. We have our own private entrance to Kawanis Park a block away. Everyone is super nice, and we’ve all been here together from the beginning.

This house has “real” hardwood floors, it is a ranch, so no stairs. Recently in the last few years, New HVAC System, updated kitchen with level 4 granite, under cabinet lighting, “Black” Stainless steel Samsung appliances. Included is also Samsung front loading washer/dryer. Fully fenced in yard, brand new hot water heater in the last year. Fully re-painted interior (a medium Grey). Termite inspection just done, and I had the latest bait traps installed by Clarks Pest Control. Mature landscaping. Probably about $45,000 in updates & general care over the last few years. Those that know me well, know how OCD I am with all my stuff!! It has been a solid house for 18 years and I’m sure it will give someone else another solid 18 years!!

2 car garage + just under 1700 Sq. Feet, ALL of the bedrooms are big enough to have a KING size bed & full furniture. Also probably has the biggest kitchen with the most countertop space of any house in the neighborhood. Also, really big closets. Full Irrigation system (Front & back yards) The layout is open and no wasted space. The driveway is big enough to hold 4 full size vehicles! The yearly taxes run about $1700, Asking $369K. I would never be selling this house if it wasn’t for finally needing a larger home as my family situation has changed.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Trulia. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.

"Turtle Creek is a wonderful place to live. Very quiite neighborhood with excellent neighbors. Developement always has activitys for the kids. If you are looking for a family friendly neighborhood this is the place to be in an excellent school district. "
  • Patnystrom
"Living in Hampstead feels like living in a small friendly town of 60 years ago; people wave and speak, even to strangers, and help each other in times of need. The weather is influenced by the Gulf Stream, so it's always cooler (or warmer) than in nearby inland communities. While it is quiet here, there is plenty to do, especially if you like water activities, and both Wilmington and Raleigh have a lot to offer in terms of culture, concerts, and night life."
  • Leo U.
"I have no idea what this post is referring too. I have lived in Hampstead Pines since the beginning. No through streets lots of Cul-de-sac streets for the kids to ride bikes, play basketball safely! Great location to Wilmington and Jacksonville and Topsail Schools is one of the best in NC."
  • Melanie b.
"Hampstead is desirable for excellent schools, healthy lifestyles with fishing, boating, golf, tennis, surfing, kayaking, swimming, kids sports leagues, gardening. Laid back living."
  • Envisiondecor
