"Great neighborhood I’ve lived here for 5 years and will continue to buy property in this area. Aside from the area the neighbors are friendly and the schools are above standard "
  • Qx9tyvqf89
"Traffic can be hectic during rush hours. There is public transportation. I drive. Very accessible to main highways. "
  • Mekidavis75
"Very diverse neighborhood. Not enough diversity in community jobs even though the population is mixed. "
  • Learmont C.
"In terms of me commuting for work on public transportation, it’s not bad outside of how timing goes. Driving, it’s not that bad."
  • Unspecified

"I live in this neighborhood for eight years. It was an awesome neighborhood when I first move here. But like everything else in life things change. But my block is quiet at night "
  • Tyrell C.
"I've lived in this neighborhood for almost 2years with my mother and the neighbors are friendly and very helpful."
  • Robin P.
"Dog owners would not like seeing dogs walking around without having a dog leash. Neighbors, don’t like dog owners leaving dog poop on their property or left on the ground for others to step on it."
  • martha
"I've lived in Collingdale for 34 years and find most residents are friendly. The police and boro have done a good job of going after drug dealers. I know for a fact there have been several arrests and these people were evicted from Collingdale, forced to move out of Collingdale. I commend the police dept., job well done. Every town has some bad people (druggies). Thank God Collingdale keeps on top of it."
  • Rimah29st
"a beautiful neighborhood not perfect but great nice bars great shopping centers Walmart a mile Away mixed neighborhood people tend to mind they business "
  • Janie M
"Lower middle class mid size borough. Most housing is semi attached homes and apartments. My house was built in 1910. The bus stops at the corner, shopping is a short drive. Excellent police department. Unfortunately this town is too close to a couple of sketchy neighborhoods."
  • Kdoc1015
"i walk my dog and see others walk their dogs all the time. very friendly to pooches. they love walking through the park. "
  • pegan5369
"Highest taxes with aweful services. This Boro is a haven for drug dealers praying on your children. Lots of Large Dogs barking at all hours"
