No mailbox on property for US Mail. Must get P.O. Box or make other arrangemets. This is an Airbnb so redecorating or hanging things on the walls is not allowed. Showings must work around summer rentals.

This is a seasonal fully furnished winter rental. No hanging things on the walls or redecorating. No Smoking. 1 dog considered. No USPS mail delivery to the house; tenant must use a P.O. Box. House is fully furnished and tenant may not store furniture or excess boxes, etc. Tenant is responsible for snow removal, although landlord will help in the event of major storms.

    "Lots of shopping with the NH border close by. Great highway access, you can get anywhere from here. Nice school, quite a few parks, state land, and of course the Salisbury Beach reservation! Trail projects in progress. MUST OWN A CAR! There are not many sidewalks, and with some high speed roads I would not consider it safe to walk around town on the streets. Beach traffic can be a pain seasonally, but once you know how to time your drives, it is easily avoidable. I would say that there are quite a few job opportunities if not in this town per say, then certainly in the adjacent towns. It is pronounced Saalsbury, not Sal-is-bury! :)"
