3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageUnfortunately, this is the only school in our area for our middle school kids. I've noticed a big downfall on my kids's grades and performance. Not to mention the constant bullying. Its unfortunate that we had to relocate from San Antonio to this location due to my husband's job.Parent Review6mo ago - Weinert Elementary School

"I live right outside the city limits, but am a 15/20 minute drive from downtown seguin. 123 can get congested during morning and after work/school traffic, but that's everywhere. It's very easy to navigate throughout seguin. "

"I've lived about two blocks from this house for eight years. I really wish it had been available when I bought mine. If I had the money I'd buy it in a heartbeat. One of the prettiest areas in Seguin, very quiet, about a mile to HEB, WalMart, etc. Back yard of this house is wonderful - very large and slopes all the way down to the creek. House does NOT flood - a consideration in this general area."
