We're looking for a new roommate to join our cozy, recently renovated home in the Camelback East area (south of the Biltmore) of Phoenix! You'll be living with two friendly and respectful housemates in a clean, welcoming space that's perfect for someone who values good vibes, shared responsibilities, and the occasional pup snuggle.

About Us:
We're two down-to-earth roommates (in our 30s) who enjoy a chill, drama-free home environment. We work a mix of in-office and remote jobs, love trying new food spots, watching movies, and spending time with our dogs. We're LGBTQIA+ and ally-friendly, and looking for someone who shares similar values of inclusivity and respect.
You Are:
 Dog-friendly (we have two pups who are part of the family!)
 LGBTQIA+ friendly and open-minded
 Responsible with shared spaces and bills
 Clean, communicative, and easygoing
 Preferably working full-time or a grad student
Rent & Move-In:
 Rent: $900 + split utilities (summer time ranges from $300-400 split 3ways)
 Security deposit required (first months rent)

Southwest Human Development makes its home here supporting early childhood for much of Maricopa County. There’s no shortage of businesses around here. This area borders the more well to do Arcadia and Biltmore neighborhoods as well as the more decidedly homeless and drugee scene that runs South of Thomas Rd. It’s a typical Phoenix neighborhood otherwise."

    "Dogs are everywhere and most people are good dog owners. Every once in a while, someone will have their dog off leash that is not well-trained enough. But it’s rare. Also, at times there are coyotes about. Most of the time they run. Away from people, but I imagine owners with small dogs might feel a bit nervous to see one. "
