Bedroom is 10 x 11 with ceiling fan, mirrored closet doors and beautiful views from your bedroom window overlooking the green grass/trees and occasional wildlife that stroll through the quiet neighborhood.

You will share the hall bathroom with 1 roommate, shower/tub, lots of cabinet space, storage closet. Note: on occasion, hall bathroom will be shared with guest.

Enjoy your morning coffee in the backyard or relax with a cool drink in the evening.

Near Diablo Valley College, walking trails, Hidden Valley Park, friendly neighbors. Enjoy walking around the Martinez Marina, Farmers Market or Sun Valley Mall.
