"I live in a gated community and every one is very friendly and welcoming.I am new to area so don’t know much about the parks. EG Simmons is great with a beautiful beach."
  • Kashrout
"Heavy traffic, slow drivers. I commute to Brandon and the interstate has very heavy traffic at all hours. "
  • Trulia User
"Difficult without reliable transportation. No public buses in 3 mile radius. Perfect for work from home."
  • B5947q454n
"Traffic is a bit on the heavier side. Other than that it’s pretty much decent. Pretty dark at night. "
  • Lillian S.
"No loose dogs wandering the streets. No loud noise at night. Peaceful location. Nice neighborhood. Nice clubhouse and land. "
  • Joe L.
"the commute? oh it's terrible. 75 may be close, but the infrastructure of the roads is no where capable of supporting the population, that is growing at a dangerously fast rate. expect 20 minutes plus just to get on 75 from big bend during rush hour."
  • Nancy051653
"Retired but main roads are very congested due to construction of new homes and widening of roads. Interstate is the best way to travel to nearby citied"
  • Nypdblu05
"Plenty of new Developments with a variety of price range with plenty of inventory. Close to Hospitals shopping, YMCA, charter schools. Due to the increase of population roads are presently being expanded. Diverse population makes it a neighborhood you want to move into. It just has everything, love every moment."
  • Nypdblu05
"The neighborhood is expanding and an increase in Charters Schools being constructed. Great area, friendly people, everything is close by, Schools, Hospitals, Supermarkets, plenty of Malls and Airport is stress free including free parking for the first hour. Couldn’t ask for more"
  • Andra h.
"I've lived in this neighborhood 4 years. Everyone is so friendly. plus, it's an up and coming area so there are awesome restaurants to eat at now."
  • Lindy1400
"I have been renting here since March. Beautiful homes. People are mostly nice and most properties are well cared for. Pool is awesome. Many children in these neighborhoods. "
  • Karen L.
"It appears to have MS 13 in the midst, bank robbers and marina thieves. Lovely. Other than lots of fast food restaurants but a real cry for more sit down restaurants other than Applebees and Panera Bread. Nice shopping is at least half hour away and the better grocery store doesn’t have a decent deli of prepared foods other than the bakery section. In a community of lots of older people, one would think there would be a salad bar, better hot bar (not just 3 types of soups, one being a staple) dishes of prepared salads, ribs, baked potatoes or other foods I’ve found in grocery stores in many other states I’ve lived in. Missing a market. "
