An all-wheel-drive vehicle is suggested to navigate the inclined driveway in snow. Max 2 adults due to car constraints. Pets allowed. Furnishings negotiable.

The owner of this property is participating in the Town of Truckee Workforce Rental Grant Program aimed at unlocking existing homes for local employee needs. As such, only tenants that meet the following qualifications will be considered for this home:

If you don’t have a tracker or if your dog doesn’t return on command then you might want to think about keeping them on a leash. There is a lot of wild life to make your dog run off and get lost. "
