3 bedroom 2.5 bath centrally located family Truckee home for rent. Private road with neighbor hood playground. Restaurants, shops, grocery store, bike paths, bus stop, golf course all within a short walk. Lake Tahoe and Donner Lake both 15 minutes away. We have removed a lot of our personal items to make you feel comfortable but this is our full time home, not a vacation rental. Fully furnished. The house is available only for month long rental. June or July or both.

Rental fee includes all amenities. WiFi, electric, trash etc. no garage parking but parking spaces available in private road.
