OUR PARKS ARE: FAMILY RENTALS, OAKTRAIL, T & J, BURNES, CAROUSEL,PARKLANE,HILLTOP, DUNCAN,TWIN PALMS, RIVER BREEZE, PARKVIEW, & ZEPHYRHILLS. ALL OUR COMMUNITIES ARE ALL PET FRIENDLY. COME TAKE SOME TIME TO TAKE A LOOK AT OUR RENTALS WE HAVE FOR RENT AND IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN RENTING FROM US WE DO CHARGE A $20 APPLICATION FEE FOR 1ST APPLICANT AND $30 FOR 2 APPLICANTS AND $10 ADDITIONAL FOR ANY OTHER ADULTS APPLYING. OUR PARKS ARE CENTRALLY LOCATED WE ARE CLOSE TO I-4 & 301 WE SIT BETWEEN TAMPA, PLANT CITY AND VERY CLOSE TO BRANDON & TEMPLE TERRACE. SO COME CHECK OUT OUR COMMUNITIES.
Right now I have a 2 Bedroom/1 Bath singlewide mobile home for rent at $650.00 a month plus a $200.00 Deposit so to move in to this nice mobile home it will be $850.00 total. This mobile home is located in Countryside MHP off of Main St. in Thonotosassa. Our Mobile Home Park is a very clean, safe, and quiet community. We are a pet friendly park for dogs up to 25lbs only. Our Community does include: Water, Sewer, Appliances, Garbage, and Lawn Care. ELECTRICITY IS NOT INCLUDED WITH THIS UNIT. We have a laundry facility on-site located next to the office. THERE ARE NO WASHERS & DRYERS ALLOWED INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE MOBILE HOMES.
