My place welcome for 1 or 2 animals:dog ( no puppies) or cat trained for litter box.I got inside of my unit laundry room with washer and dryer and boiler water and other utilities also cabinets .At kitchen open concept with large island with white quartz and cabinets under, new dishwasher and garbage disposal, new microwave with vents, under sink window with custom made white wooden blinds, in rent payment including high speed internet, water, garbage collection and recycle and garbage containers at garage, amenities like swimming pools (open from June to September), tennis court, playground and dogs station with bags and garbage, including furniture and smart 47 inch TV with YouTube, Netflix remote control and Google adapter .Also included tv stand and couch with flexible table ,also golden Chinese Vase with decorative flowers and in corner commode , kitchen have large pantry room. In guest restroom have anti fog mirror with medical cabinet and flexible shower with bathtub, at hallway smart Wi-Fi thermostat and by entrance intercom,in master bedroom have walk-in closet and with remote control light fixtures with different speed fan( same as in leaving room )in master bathroom shower door ( not see through) with flexible shower, also in master bedroom I'm left bad frame and 3 night stands (match bad stile) and electric fireplace . At kids bedroom got white wooden bed with new mattress and under sheets storage and match wooden dresser with many storage and mirror,fancy night lamps. On floor new laminate water and scratch resistant. In dining area 4 leather chairs and white round dining table,at garage you can access from inside hallway ( I don't have remote control) but button in garage open and close garage . Also unit has balcony with nice view and outside furniture including in rent ( blue round table and 2 white chairs and pink chair . Lease available for 18,19 month or 7 monthes or 8 month.Availability to move in between September 1 to September 29. There is a mix of older families who have lived in the area since the neighborhood was first built and a growing turnover of young families. Everyone is friendly, kind and respectful. The schools are continuing to improve and surprise me. Wheeling high school is now an excellent school. We initially felt we would move before our kids go to high school, but now we feel we can stay and still ensure a great education for our kids. "
