Cozy 3 Bed/2 Bath single family home (with 4 car driveway) available for rent at a very convenient location five minutes from the metro station. Large yard and free street parking as well. $3,000 a month includes Verizon wi-fi. Renter pays for all other utilities. House has a Tesla charger outlet (Nema 14-50). washer and dryer in the basement. The house is 5 minutes walking distance to the Wheaton Metro Station (red line), the library and Costco. 7 minute drive to Brookside Gardens and Wheaton Regional Park. Plenty of shopping centers within a 3 mile radius, including Wheaton Mall. 15 min drive to downtown Silver Spring. Pets are allowed for an additional fee.
Note: Basement is low to the ground and can only accommodate people 5"8 and below.

Whenever there is road work during rush hours there’s always a delay sometimes more than other especially on route 32 with sometimes major road work. Of late it has gotten much better because most of the work seems to be done. I must give the workers a big thank you for the exceptional work they have done even though the weather was so hot most of the time. Thank you from all the commuters of route 32. It is such a pleasure driving there now that it’s not that narrow and winding as before. Thank you workers for all your hard work. May God bless you and your family. "
