- A felony convictions within the last 7 years involving property destruction or damage
- A felony convictions at any time for a sexual offense

PLEASE NOTE:
- We only want upstanding residents who enjoy country living and respect their neighbors. Firing guns, loose dogs, loud parties, tearing up the roads are strictly PROHIBITED.
- Washing machine and dryer are not provided
- All utilities are paid by the tenant
- Tenant is responsible for yard care
- We have a zero tolerance policy for late payments. Payment is due on the 1st. Grace period ends on the 3rd. The eviction/foreclosure process begins on the 4th.

- Dogs are allowed as long as they are not breed restrictive per our insurance policy
