About this House

Second floor 2 bedroom apartment with several attractive features:
Freshly painted & new windows along with upgraded kitchen and bathroom, which features a stand-up tiled shower (no tub). Kitchen includes provided gas stove & refrigerator. No laundry hookups in building.
Utilities: Electric needs to be in the tenant's name. Budgeted gas, water, sewer, & trash expenses are added to the monthly rental balance, currently $115 & subject to periodic adjustments.
Parking: One designated parking space in the rear is provided, additional parking on street & no room for any guest parking.
A non-refundable holding fee is the same as one month's rent and due upon applicant approval. The holding fee converts to security deposit upon completion of move-in. Failure to move in after approval results in sacrificing holding fee.
$45 NON-REFUNDABLE application fee but credited towards first months rent if accepted; no other fees or charges. Separate applications required for each adult over the age of 18. Income: Must earn a gross base pay of three times rent amount per month (not including overtime). Must have steady employment status over the last three years.
