This gorgeous home boasting the best lot in the neighborhood has more to offer than has been seen in Tyler Walk for a VERY long time. A true gourmet's kitchen features $70k of improvements including subzero refrigerator, Viking 6-burner stove w/ pot filler, Dacor double oven, & granite countertops. Least of all to mention is the kitchen sink's view through the eat-in breakfast area / atrium's windows. With a vaulted ceiling & sliding door to the 2nd story deck, you can sit at the table and watch the pool activities below while gazing out at the stunning, ultra private backyard & skyline. Living room w/ a beautiful stone fireplace has another sliding door out to the wooden deck, leading downstairs to the amazing paver patio and pool area. The gorgeous heated inground pool & spa was newly remodeled in 2022. Custom fencing completely surrounds the backyard and a large new storage shed was added in 2022. The large amount of HOA land behind the fenced-in yard will never be developed, giving more privacy than any other lot in the community. An amazing finished basement will provide any host with a dream space for overnight guests in the 5th bedroom w/ private full bath. As well as movie nights, game nights, workout space- you name it! With new LVT flooring throughout the basement (2021), mini bar w/ wine fridge, double storage closets, and a 30x20 media room with walk out to the pool area, this house is an entertainer's dream! Upstairs is a spacious primary bedroom with walk-in closet & bath, plus 3 additional bedrooms & hall bath w/ double sinks. Original owner was a professional landscaper, which shows in this amazingly manicured outdoor oasis which has had many years to mature into the beautiful garden it is today. Custom millwork and trim, paver driveway, custom hardwood floors throughout, new AC system (2021), first floor laundry and mud room off the attached garage entrance, all within Council Rock Schools - this home has everything you could want, and absolutely WILL NOT last!

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOur family absolutely adores this school. The teachers, administrators, and support staff are incredible, and there is a true feeling of community. NES also has more diversity than other schools in the district and maintains a Diversity Committee which seeks to promote equity and inclusivity between the students by hosting events throughout the year to showcase our community’s many backgrounds and cultures. There is also an increasing emphasis from the teaching staff to include books by and about people of color. In addition, the school has a life skills classroom for students who are differently-abled and these students are as much a part of the school community as anyone. Finally, as the mother of a child with learning issues, I can say that this school has done wonders.Parent Review5y ago - Council Rock High School North

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy child attended CRN schools from K-11 (sophomore year). The level of entitlement goes unmatched and we were a family of “have nots” (aka lived in a townhome). My child played sports, was an average student and was bullied. Threatened to be beaten up on numerous occasions, verbally assaulted in the halls and lunchroom and the bullies… those kids should just be ignored. Just don’t pay attention to them was the administrations solution. We moved out of the district for Junior and Senior year. Usually a tough transition for a high school kid. Not ours! They flourished and ended up with an academic scholarship to college. Had we stayed, this would never have happened. If you’re what the town considers a “have not”, do your children a favor and find another place to live. It’s not worth your children’s mental health.Parent Review1y ago - Newtown Middle School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is draining for students. No diversity at all and overall very boring. I know students who have been harassed inside and outside of school. The teachers are strict and not understanding. The school will slam you for minor things like chewing gum, talking, being late, etc. Which results in 1 hour and 45 minute detentions. The teams separate the grade completely because they don't have lunch together so you can only communicate with your team for most of the time. School life is very stressful and for the past two years of me being here, I have been at my lowest point. The test scores are great but the learning environment and kids are very dull and depressing. I do not recommend this school for parents who want their child to be excited about school and happy overall in their school environment.Student Review6mo ago - Check out schools near 115 Valley View Way.

High-speed as much as possible and get ticketed often I’m starting to get sick and tired of the police they’re always policing the area. I’m gonna move to Wyckoff New Jersey soon.
