About this House

1-2 month fully furnished rental available January 2nd - March 1st. Cozy three bedroom, two bath house. Just 7 minutes from downtown Brevard. We have almost an acre of property to enjoy with a large fully fenced in area at the top of the property.

The home is newly updated with laminate flooring throughout and thoughtfully decorated. It's a wonderfully quiet, clean, and inviting space. Fully equipped kitchen to meet your culinary needs.

The living room has an electric fireplace, 32" TV with Roku (ready for your logins) and DVD player. We have fast Wifi that is included in the rent.

There is a split unit AC/ Heater in the main living area. Please note, there is NOT a separate unit in the bedrooms but the split unit works very efficiently to cool/heat bedrooms when bedroom doors are open. All three bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.

The main bedroom has a queen bed, small dresser, ample closet space, and an on suite bathroom with a newly remodeled shower.

The second bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, and small closet.

The third bedroom has a twin bed, dresser/ armoire, and a small antique writing desk, that could be used as a potential work space.

Laundry room with washer and dryer.

We have a fire pit in the backyard (firewood not supplied) and offer a gas grill for your use.

There is a large shed available and perfect for parking mountain bikes or storing extra gear.

We will require a refundable security deposit and consider well behaved dogs with pet ffee. No cats.

This is just a winter monthly rental.

Every 4th Friday of the month there is an arts walk. I live around the corner from the Lumberyard Arts area."
