You will also be asked to provide information on your monthly income, and please note that most properties require that applicant's combined gross income is at least three (3) times the monthly rent amount.

Each resident over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application.

    "It’s nice to have events close by at the Fairplex, and there are a lot of great public/community resources available throughout Pomona— specifically public health. Our neighborhood, specifically, does not do any organized events, and I generally spend my time outside of Pomona (grocery shopping/errands in La Verne, San Dimas, or Glendora, and work in Orange County) because many parts of Pomona are NOT safe at all and I don’t feel comfortable taking my family anywhere in town."
