Freshly renovated with eco friendly materials, small clothes washer available. Park your mountain bike right outside your window well hidden from street view & park on site. This space is intended for professionals or mature visitors staying in Durango for a month or so.
Great natural light thru insulated Kolbe & Kolbe wood windows & French doors.
Walking distance to downtown & Horse Gulch trailhead only 3 blocks away!

No smokers or students. Please rent elsewhere if you smoke/vape. A nice room with private entry, bath & yard. 30 day min/no kitchen or cooking device due to city code, but may be rented as additional room to adjacent units. Will consider 1 well behaved crated dog with pet rent/SD but must be very responsible owner. No cats. There is a fenced yard/sitting area but private yard is not yet gated. Nicely fenced so visually private but residences are within close proximity in this family oriented neighborhood so only quiet respectful renters please. Renters are encouraged to bring their own pillow towels.
