About this House

The duplex has hardwood floors throughout. Ceramic tile in the kitchen, bathroom, and bonus room. There is street parking and never a problem getting a spot in front of the building. There is also an alarm system installed. Pets can be negotiated (prefer no large dogs). The property is located a block away from local park, 5 minute drive from the nearest hospital and police station. Located very close to the I-57 expressway. Minutes away from the local strip mall, Marshfield Plaza. The neighborhood is very safe and family oriented, most have been in the neighborhood for generations.

We will require you to fill out an application via a website we've chosen as well as have a background and credit check done. This is a family owned property that's over 70 years old, we take pride in keeping up the home and expect the same of our future tenants. We personally manage the property and will be very hands on if there is anything needed. We will require security deposit and first months rent to move in.

Utilities (gas,water,electric) NOT included. Application fee is $40
