Adorable little home in a well established neighborhood. Neighbors on all sides are friendly and welcoming. Great location in the Kansas City area just 15 minutes from downtown and neighboring cities. The house has been well cared for, for the last decade. Original hardwood floors have been refinished, the roof was replaced less than 10 years ago along with paint and windows. Central air/ heat and tankless hot water heater for long showers.
The basement is completely unfinished but has a small garage door large enough for a compact suv. And is a great storage space/ place to tinker.

The detached 2 car garage won't be accessible for renters at this time but can be negotiated in the future. As the current owner is using it for storage.

Renter is responsible for all utilities. That includes gas, electricity, sewer and water. The renter is also responsible for maintaining the yard. Mowing, picking up leaves, keeping the gutters clean, and trimming trees. As well as making sure the basement stays dry. Any issues with the house must be reported to the property manager and they will handle hiring out the repairs.
