Then, as you enter the living area, you'll notice cathedral ceilings and plush carpet as you peer out on to the patio through triple sliding glass doors. But before you immerse yourself in the beautiful patio and pool, visit the master bedroom with more triple glass sliding doors opening into the patio and pool. The bathroom also has a jacuzzi tubwith full glass shower and beautiful white ceramic plank tiled floor. The pool and patio are the heart and soul of this home and have been meticulously maintained including a Haywood Pro Series Sand Filter and new motor installed in June of 2022 along with a solar pool cover that keeps the water at a steady temperature, and it lessens the amount of chemicals you need and water that naturally evaporates. On top of that, check out these newer features: new roof installed in 2022 along with professionally tinted skylights that reduce your cooling bill, a Bradford White 50-gallon high recovery hot water heater installed in 2015, a York 5 seer heat pump and air handler installed in 2015, and Window World 8800 High Impact windows installed in 2020, with a transferable lifetime warranty on the windows. 5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageSurfside Middle School principle and administrators should be ashamed of the way they treat students. There are double standards all over the school. A male teacher can hug a student but a student can not hug another student without being suspended...of course only if your student is not one of their favorites.Parent Review4y ago - J.R. They never responded to emails, phone calls and getting in touch with the counselors was near impossible, she was ALWAYS "in a meeting" or "out for lunck" I waited in the office for multiple days without ever getting to speak with her.Other Review9mo ago - Bay Virtual Instruction Program
