About this House

This two bedroom, one bath home has a high-efficiency furnace and air conditioner. Has a very large kitchen with a Laundry room. Does have a dishwasher and garbage disposal, refrigerator and microwave. It has new windows, new roof, covered front porch, covered back porch, large fenced-in backyard, Three ceiling fans, and a two-car-deep Carport. No more than two cats or two dogs are welcome. Pets are $20 per month extra, each. A brand new washer and dryer can be provided for $30 a month. A roll out Trash cart can be provided for $15 a month.

An acceptable applicant must not have a bad rental history. Must have adequate income. Rent is due on the first of each month. Landlord owns the house and does all the maintenance on the property. Tenant pays all the utilities and mows the grass.

I attempted to write a very quality review. Lengthy with lots of info and examples and it never showed on the site. Only principal's name was mentioned and no others so i don't know why it was removed? So now I will simply say Just make the choice not to attend York. Springfield is an open District and you can request a transfer to your choice school within the district (no guarantees of approval but you can at least ask)!

"I have lived in this neighborhood for over five years. Overall it is a quite area. The neighbors keep to themselves. There are lots of pet cats that are around and some dogs, but nothing to worry about. The local schools are good. The high school is a very sot-after school. Academically, it is a great school with lots of options for the kids. "
