This is more of the master suite and has a new berber carpet. There is one garage parking space and one in the driveway behind it. Only one block to the Newton Highlands green line stop and within 1/10 mile to everything in the Highlands Village. Conveniently located less than 1/4 mile to Crystal Lake to enjoy picnics and swimming. Tenants are responsible for their gas heat/hotwater and electricity. No smoking or pets.
