"really nice community really nice park and there store a really nice place to live in and to be taking walks "
  • Todd M.
"Itโ€™s generally quiet, there are a couple good places for lunch or dinner and a couple fun spots for casual drinks (Moose Lodge, Keynote, or the Garage)."
  • Kmdcrogers
"I have lived here for 17 years and it has been a great place to raise my boys. Very family oriented. There are baseball fields right across the street easy to walk to & from."
  • Kmdcrogers
"Communication, friendly and we watch out for each other. My kids were only two and four when we moved here, they are now 18 & 20 they were always safe & looked after."
  • Karina22babyy
"Unfortunately gun shots and shootings are common in this area. Meaning inside actual saticoy. Surrounding neighborhoods are nice and good for trick or treating. I will say this... you rarely see homeless as compared to downtown or the avenue. Saticoy isnโ€™t that bad when you compare it to the other side of town"
  • Kmdcrogers
"Dogs are being walked all the time. Friendly people. If you walk up to your neighbors door most of them have dogs and they will bark"
  • Ejg.redsox
"People are generally friendly. I live in an apartment complex and people act like they own the place. They complain for everything, are not respectful or clean, leave notes for every little thing, but we keep to ourselves and so far itโ€™s been mediocre. "
  • Vactor665
"public transportation is there but its better to have a car street lighting is not the best specially at night and stores have been robbed at night "
  • Marie P
"close nit community. Quite. walking distance to elementary school and convenience stores. There is a baseball field near by also walking distance "
  • Tiffany J.
"Stonegate community is family friendly and extremely safe. I walk our dog regularly after dark. Lots of bike riding etc. "
  • Michael B.
"Quiet neighborhood with quick access to the 126. Tucked away but still easy to get to downtown Ventura."
  • Kmdcrogers
"I have lived here for 14+ years and have several neighbors that have been here just as long. I love almost all my neighbors "
  • karenknows11186
