About this House

First day available for showing: 9/22/24

Primary features:
- This is a corner-lot home on a cul-de-sac that's a 2 minute walk from Lincoln Park and a 5 minute walk from the nearest middle school.
- There are tons of food and grocery options within 5 miles and 2 huge shopping centers about 6-7 miles away.
- It has a spacious back yard with a large lawn, sturdy fences, and a fruitless mulberry tree for shade.
- The front yard is landscaped for as little maintenance as possible.
- The outside of the house was updated and painted (2021) and the inside was been completely remodeled from floor to ceiling (2019).
- The entire house has luxury vinyl flooring, which means cleaning is easy without the cold that comes with tile in the mornings.
- Every room (except the bathrooms) is equipped with dimmable recessed lighting (the bedroom, living room, and kitchen have smart lighting/switches installed).
- Every bedroom plus the living room is equipped with a ceiling fan.
- The living room, dining room, and kitchen are connected in an open concept style with a breakfast bar in the middle.
- The living room opens up into the backyard via a set of 2 large windows and 2 French doors for plenty of natural light on sunny days.
- All windows have also been updated (2019) and are high efficiency.
- Between the new windows and new A/C system, you'll never have to sweat in the Summer.
- If that isn't enough, the solar panels mounted on the roof provide enough power that you won't have to pay more than the $10-$20 connection fee on your electric bill most months, with much lower bills even in the summer.
- Upstairs is about 400 sqft with a living room, bedroom and 3/4 bath (the bathroom is a bit cramped), perfect for a family member that wants some extra privacy or for sharing the rent with a friend.

There are a couple of rooms not currently pictured, but the aesthetic is similar across the whole house.

Lessee pays all utility bills, however the electric bill will be significantly reduced due to solar panels which are paid for by the owner.

All pets are allowed as long as they are cared after and cleaned up after responsibly as to not damage the home. Lessee will be subject to pay for damages due to pets.

No smoking inside. Lessee will be subject to pay to remove cigarette smell and smoke damage.

Appliances include dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, clothes washer and dryer, water heater, and air conditioner. All appliances will be repaired and/or replaced to be in working order by the owner unless gross negligence is used, in which case the appliance will be repaired and/or replaced by the lessee.

Sub-leasing is allowed. However, the status of a sub-lease will have no effect on the status of the original lease.

  • Dawnnie Bigelow
"Not bad if you take the toll road into Orange County or south county but towards inland Riverside can get pretty backed up "

"There are people always walking their dogs. Sidewalks wind through parks and housing tracks with lots of parks and dogs are always seen. We have hiking trails in the Cleveland National Forest which boarders Corona."
  • Trulia User
"I love Corona but, with people crowding to move here along with the over flatted prices I’m considering leaving the prices are unrealistic for the normal middle working class income family. That means teachers, government workers and so forth will make an exodus if they don’t stop with the increases. "
  • Trulia User
"Good low crime family friendly area. It’s getting a little too expensive to live in corona though so be ready for a hefty rent or mortgage payment. Other than that it’s a very nice area to live in. "
  • Trulia User
