House features tankless hot water heater, jacuzzi tub/shower, laminate wood flooring in main living area, ceiling fans, dual pane windows, fridge, and gas stove and range. House also includes indoor laundry room with washer and dryer. House has mature trees for plenty of shade and fully fenced front and back yard. House is close to downtown and campus.

Rent is $895 per month and includes water, sewer, and trash service. Security deposit is $895. Pets considered with additional deposit (age and breed restrictions apply). One year lease term. Available in mid June. Please do not disturb the current tenants.

*RESERVATION PROCEDURES: To reserve a property a holding deposit in the amount of half of the security deposit is required. This holding deposit is fully refundable for 24 hours from time of receipt. A holding deposit is required before any applications will be accepted. Holding deposits are taken on a first-come first-serve basis so if you are interested in placing a hold on this property time is of the essence. You may place a holding deposit sight unseen. A holding deposit is the only way that you may reserve a place in line for a property. Holding deposits must be paid at our office in the form of personal check, cashier's check, money order or via online ACH transfer (please contact our office directly to pay with this option). No cash is accepted for the holding deposit. If a holding deposit has already been placed you may place a back-up holding deposit to be placed next in line.
