If there were a way to elect new staff, I am convinced that many would not retain their positions. The emotional toll on my child who has since moved on to high school is evident, as they now require therapy to cope with the trauma experienced here. While I wish I could afford a private institution to spare my child from this environment, it's unfortunately not an option for me at the moment. "I have lived here for almost 30 years. I love the old huge oak trees and green landscape everywhere. It’s safe, people are friendly and the schools are great. It’s also very handy walking to the end of my block and having the option of walking 1 mile in either direction to catch the BNSF Metra train to Chicago."
