"Great can get anywhere quickly due to being close to the high way, downtown and the great smoky mountains."
  • Scott kenney
"Busy and roads are mostly twisted two lane. Some 4 lane divided. A lot of older folks who drive slow . "
  • Ronnina J.
"I grew up in this neighborhood. Wish very much to move back. But at 64 yrs of age, not gonna happen. But, the lucky person to obtain this home will be very satisfied. Great neighborhood, great schools and very nice home. Wish you luck on your journey. Rambling Acres is a great place to live. And I'm sure the Landlord will be the same, Great"
  • Trulia User
"Our home owners association has block parties 2 or 2 times a year. They provide a different food truck cuisine each time"
  • Kelly Roney
"Sequoyah Hills is a fantastic neighborhood that dates from the 1930s. It was designed in a very forward-thinking way that makes living there possible for many demographics. On the other hand, a lot of tear-downs are happening, with normal houses being replaced by mansions. "
  • Revvidup
"Near a school nice area. Good condo. Decent traffic. Easy freeway access. Also near many grocery and other stores."
  • Miked771
"I see people walking their dogs all the time. I walk my two dogs all of the time. My neighbor furnishes poo bags to the dog walkers."
  • Anita Johnson
"My neighborhood is more like a family of community. Everybody works as one if one doesn’t have it. The other may have it. We just try to uplift each other to the best of our abilities because we believe that everybody deserves a second chance at life."
  • Amanda Stiksma Perez
"Parks and trails everywhere, pet friendly community lots of restaurants allow dogs, not many sidewalks in the older neighborhoods though "

  • Drcdzxbcny
"I live in an old apartment complex in a great part of Knoxville. There is character, great restaurants, boutique and antique stores along side other more main stream stores / shops. Easy access to bike and walking paths."
  • Penni1153
"I work from home, so the traffic is not an issue for me. I would imagine it has gotten progressively worse considering the number of trucks and growing population "
  • Mark Brown
"There a lots of parks and family oriented activities around the area. Schools are very nice in this area."
  • Joseortizresume2
"Live in this neighborhood for about 1 year and love it . Very quiet , safe and everything is around me "
  • Debra Arnold
"It is safe to walk alone with just a small dog. Some times there are too many dogs on the street, my little dog is very territorial "
  • Josieclair
"ive been raised here since the age of 4 and i love it here. although, the middle schools arent amazing."
  • L. K. B.
"If you’re a woman walking your dog/dogs alone no matter what time of day please be aware of surroundings. I was followed to my home by a man & he had to have ran because once I noticed him keeping pace behind me I started running. He actually knew where I lived already & beat me there because he was in my back yard area when I walked through the door and went to the back to lock it. Other than that sidewalks are good for the doggies. Too much fast moving traffic as well on the roads in residential areas. "
  • Tj
"I lived here for a year and I love being able to walk everywhere. Also very close to a freeway which is nice. The bars and restaurants around here are great."
  • 25malpica.javier
"I live in a neighborhood where a neighbors dog roams around and defecates in everyone’s yard with no clean up from owner"
  • Kollchris77
"G this is one of the best places to commute I’ve ever lived and there’s hardly ever any traffic which is a blessing. We do not spend a lot of time in our cars like Atlanta."
  • Shanna Waroway
"Lived here for three years. Moving soon. Building owner is changing units to short term rentals. Homeless problems at an all time high recently. "
  • Jarrod Boyd
"The area is very crowded with people. Growing faster than the community can keep up with. Traffic is very congested. Schools here are very large and from our experience with our kids very dirty. "
  • Alex Rodriguez REALTOR
"My neighbor has a great access to all the stores and shopping centers within 2 to 6 Miles. Great schools and family friendly. Places to walking around. "
  • Trulia User
"Lots of local amenities and fun things to do. There are multiple breweries, restaurants, and novelty snack places to try "
  • Bigdpg1004
"The city as a whole has becoming increasingly “sketchy” throughout. It still has good parts but even those areas are not as good as what they were 8 years ago. I’d suggest doing some strong research."
  • Krystalbeasley1028
"People walking their dogs friendly around the neighborhood and casually talking and being helpfully involved with one another. Seeing a smile on the pets and owners faces! "
  • Megan Reed
"I drive 20min to work on the interstate almost all the way. It’s very convenient and traffic usually only slows down my commute by about ten minutes. "
  • Megan Reed
"It’s the middle of the city, so there are good and bad spots, but I live in West Knoxville and I feel pretty safe here ☺️"
  • Jennifer Langhammer
"Someone tried to break into our house once while we were home. And raccoons tear up our garbage bins every week. Lots of homeless people waking around and speeding cars "
  • Trulia User
"Walk to breweries, cute shops, good places to eat, and the last Sunday market. The local school for K-5 is special, great and place for young children. The park on the river offers a great playground and convenient place to put kayaks in the river."
  • Trulia User
"Very convenient to most anything you'd like to see, do or dine. Found my new apartment 2 days ago on here, I'm nearly moved in now. Best apartment in town. #aholeinthewallusa"
