3 Bedroom downstairs apartment, 1 bathroom, utilities not included, washer and dryer hook up, off street parking, screened in porch, and use of backyard. In city of Plattsburgh and located centrally.

Note: Apartment is currently being renovated, tours will be available at a later date.

Lease is for 12 months, it is renewed annually. The rent is $1,100 per month plus security deposit which is $1,100 which will be returned once the tenant vacates the apartment. Security deposit will be returned less damages, if any. Utilities are not included. Lost keys, if key is lost for the first time, the tenant may request a new key at no charge. For all following requests the tenant will be charged $50 for each occurrence. Pets are not allowed and smoking is not allowed in the unit. No pools in the backyard or additional structures and objects such as vehicle tires and parts without the landlord's approval. Garage use is not permitted.
